Lucy Tarrant

Lucy is a member of the Dispute Resolution Team and manages the firm's Debt Recovery Department. She acts for commercial clients and private clients in relation to any nature of dispute arising from a breach of contract or negligence. Lucy specialises in acting for the financial services industry, in particular asset based lending, and Insolvency Practitioners. Lucy also has experience in other fields including Intellectual Property, Defamation, un-insured defendant personal injury claims and elder abuse cases.

Izzy Sanders

Izzy is currently studying towards a Level 6 Higher Diploma for Legal Executives and works exclusively in the debt recovery team for a range of local and national factoring clients.

Neil Sorrell

With over 10 years experience in debt recovery, Neil has built up an extensive knowledge of factoring and invoice discounting work. Neil previously worked in private practice handling director disqualification proceedings on behalf of a Government department. Prior to that Neil worked in the Insolvency and Recovery Department of GMAC Commercial Finance PLC. Having worked for an in-house legal team as well as private practice, Neil has gained a rounded understanding of how the Debt Recovery Department of a law firm works but also what it is like to instruct one. As a result, his understanding of client’s expectations is exceptional.
