Martin Williams

Martin joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in 2008 where he heads the Firm's Employment Team. He acts for both employers and employees and has extensive experience in resolving a variety of Employment Tribunal cases, especially complex discrimination cases. He also drafts senior executive contracts, draws up compromise agreements and advises on TUPE transfers. Martin has considerable experience in advising clients on data protection issues in the employment context and has delivered seminars on this area of the law for several years.

Cristina Brown

Cristina qualified in 2008 and is based at the firm's Brighton office where she is a member of the firm's growing Commercial department. As well as specialising in non-contentious employment matters for the firm's Employment Team, Cristina also has additional expertise in Company Commercial Law, including intellectual property issues.
