Robert Williams

Robert is the head of the Family Department and is based at the firm’s Lewes office. A specialist family law solicitor, Robert is a member of Resolution. Robert has been accredited by Resolution First for Family Law as a Specialist Family Lawyer, with particular expertise in Advanced Financial Provision and Emergency Procedures in Ancillary Relief. Robert is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer.

Roger Glan Davies

Roger has over 30 years’ experience of the law of which 10 were as a barrister with a leading set of London Chambers. He specialises in matrimonial finance and private children’s matters. Roger is an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel.

Linda Lamb

Linda, who is based a the firm’s Brighton office, specialises in family law and is a member of the Law Society's Family Panel and Children's Panel, as well as the Law Society Mental Health Review Tribunal Panel and the Eastbourne Domestic Violence Forum. She is an accredited specialist with Resolution and a Family Mediator with the Family Mediators Association. Linda is also a qualified collaborative lawyer.

Alan Larkin

Alan joined Mayo Wynne Baxter in August 2008 as a Partner in the firm's Family Law team. Alan has specialised exclusively in family work for 12 years with a previous background in the public and voluntary sectors. His specialisms include finances upon divorce, civil partnership dissolution and co-habitation disputes and has additional expertise in Inheritance Act disputes and contentious probate matters. As well as being a member of Resolution, Alan is an accredited specialist with Resolution and is an accredited collaborative lawyer.

Lisa Burton-Durham

Lisa has many years experience of Family Law having worked in the Family Law Department at the firm for over 15 years. After a period of study and training she qualified as a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives in 2006. Lisa has a particular interest in Children law cases.

Gemma Hope

Gemma trained with the firm and upon qualification as a Solicitor in 2006, joined the Family Law Team. Based at the firm’s Brighton office, Gemma deals with all aspects of Family Law including divorce, matrimonial financial dispute resolution, domestic violence, private and public children law matters and cohabitation disputes.

David Stevens

David joined the Mayo Wynne Baxter Family Team in June 2008. He has over 40 years' experience in family law and specialises in Public and Private Law Children Applications and Adoption,including those with a foreign element. David is a member of the Children Panel and of Resolution.
