Head of the Probate, Trusts & Wills Team, Peggy is based at the firm’s Eastbourne office, where she specialises in probate and private client work including wills, administration and domestic conveyancing. She has particular expertise in dealing with the needs of older retired clients.

John is a member of the firm’s Probate, Trusts and Wills Team and is based at the Seaford office. An experienced probate, trusts and wills solicitor, John is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Tim is an experienced member of the Probate, Trusts and Wills Team and is also head of the firm’s Hailsham office. Tim advises clients on a wide range of private client issues including wills, trusts, EPAs, probate and residential conveyancing.

Jonathan is based in Eastbourne and is an experience member of the firm’s Probate, Trusts and Wills Team. Jonathan advises private clients on a range of issues, with his specialist areas including contentious probate and wills disputes.

Helen Roberts

Helen is based at the firm’s Brighton office where she advises clients in all areas of private client work including estate administration, will drafting and inheritance tax planning. Helen has been advising high-net worth clients for over twenty years and also provides specialised advice to clients of the firm’s Commercial Team. Helen is a member of the Society for Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Solicitors for the Elderly.

Jackie is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives and is based at the firm’s Eastbourne office. Jackie specialises in probate, wills and the elderly client, particularly Court of Protection and enduring powers of attorney.

Tracy Cutmore

Tracy is a Trainee Legal Executive specialising in elderly client affairs and probate. Although based at the Lewes office, Tracy regularly assists the Probate Department in the firm’s Seaford office and is happy to visit clients at other locations. She is currently half way through the Institute of Legal Executive exams and hopes to qualify in spring 2008.

Fiona Dodd

Working from the Brighton office, Fiona specialises in Wills and Probate, from the simple to the more complex. An experienced private client lawyer, Fiona’s areas of expertise include advising private and commercial clients on succession and inheritance tax matters. Fiona is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estates Practitioners (STEP).

Mick Geal

Mick has specialised in probate work, personal affairs, trusts and other related private client issues since 1967. Mick started work in the trustee branch of Natwest and stayed in this position for 13 years until he joined Davenport Jones & Co (before it became Mayo & Perkins) in 1979. Mick is based at the firm’s Eastbourne office.

Rebecca Haywood

Rebecca is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and is currently studying to qualify as a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Rebecca specialises in Wills, Probate and Powers of Attorney, particularly the new Lasting Powers of Attorney. She has been with the firm since 1999 and is based in Eastbourne.
